The MÈRE
Project (MPCT) was established primarily to
provide the general public with sonochromatic
(sound and light) expressions of the Mayan
Sacred Calendar; (commonly known as "Tzolk'in"/Tzolkin
in Mexico, and "Cholq'ij"/Cholqij in
Guatemala). From 1996 to 2023, the trust also
provided the National Suicide Prevention
Directory, (since its inception); a
service which is now provided by MPCT's
parent, ElvenSpirit,
(another 501(c)(3) charitable trust), in the
interest of enabling the MÈRE Project to
exclusively focus on its mission.
